Once you begin your meal plan, you have the capability of swapping any meal, at any time, for something that either (1) suites your taste buds better or (2) that suites your lifestyle and eating preferences better.

Whether you are on the 4- or 8-week plan, your coach will ensure that they keep you on track and accountable to your program.
