I need help with my nutrition. Is there anything on the app to help with that?

I haven't worked out before and don't want to get injured, is there any resources to help me?

All FFT members have access to the Functional Movement Education center. Here you will find follow-along exercise tutorial videos where Dr. Colin breaks down how to safely perform each of the lifts in the FFT programs.

How long will I have access to the Kettlebell Functional Athlete program?

Can I message someone if I have questions?

Yes! You can message Coach Colin anytime you have questions about your program.

How long do the workouts last?

Most workouts last between 40 to 70 minutes long.

Are there exercises modifications/alternatives if I can't perform the prescribed exercise?

Yes! If you run into a particular movement that you are either unable or uncomfortable performing, you can use one of the "Alternative" exercises listed.
